the following only applies to all graphics, premade design and anything else,
excluding resources and tumblr themes
  1. NO RE-DISTRIBUTING - you cannot repost any of my stuff on any blog/forum/site (EVEN if you credit me) without my permission.
  2. NO STEALING - you can take for your own use but you must keep the credits intact. In other words, do not claim as your own.
  3. NO ALTERING - do not change any part of anything I have made EVEN if you left the credits intact. For website premades, this includes graphics and css. Furthermore, you CANNOT alter, then claim as your own. Textless icons cannot be taken as bases.
  4. TRY NOT TO HOTLINK - save and upload the images to your own host (photobucket, tinypic, imageshack... etc.) This does not apply to website premades.
  5. if you are going to use any premades, please comment in the tagboard and leave a link to where you are using the layout

the following is terms of usage that only applies to graphic resources
  1. NO STEALING - you can take for your own use but you cannot claim as your own. You must credit (link to Ettudis) me in a "credits" page if you have used anything that I have made. (ex: on forums, you can post a link in your gallery crediting me for resources).

  3. PARTIAL ALTERING ALLOWED - Resources may be used and altered (to make graphics), however, you are NOT allowed to alter the materials only slightly then distribute for download as your own resources. In other words, if you choose to alter any brushes, stock or textures to make your own resources, it must look nothing like the original material I distributed.
